Field Team Associate

Job Summary

To grow the community of architecture and design professionals, the part-time Field Team Associate will engage in digital-first prospecting, conduct virtual product demos, and manage outreach efforts to convert potential members into active users, with a focus on building relationships remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive outbound growth of the architecture and design member base through LinkedIn prospecting and digital outreach
• Lead virtual platform demos and onboarding sessions to facilitate member activation and shorten time-to-first-order
• Consolidate and report field performance data to provide leadership with insights on outreach effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in field marketing, inside sales, business development, or community management
• Strong familiarity with the architecture, interior design, or building materials industry
• Proven ability to generate responses from LinkedIn and other outbound outreach efforts
• Comfortable with live virtual presentations and effective written communication
• Based in Chicago or the Southwest, with the ability to travel approximately 20% for field events
