Field Team Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Team Dispatcher for their Property Management Operations - Field Services Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch field tasks to appropriate team members or vendors and ensure completion within service level agreements
• Coordinate property visits and scheduling with team members to support the entire portfolio
• Review and document completed field tasks in all systems, and update progress in the company's proprietary property management tool

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in dispatching or coordinating maintenance/turnover work
• Familiarity with Scope Review processes
• Proficiency in RenoWalk and Slack
