Field Technician I

Job Summary

Performing maintenance and inspections on wind turbines, the full-time Field Technician I will execute preventive and corrective tasks, ensure operational excellence, and adhere to safety and quality standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines, including inspections and component replacements
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and propose process improvements based on identified training needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment while managing tools and equipment effectively

Required qualifications

• Technical diploma or certificate in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electronics, or Mechatronics from an accredited institution
• Active registration with the Federal Council of Technicians (CFT)
• Experience in field services or maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet)
• Valid Category B driver's license
