Field Technician II
Job Summary
To ensure optimal performance of wind turbines, the full-time Field Technician II will conduct corrective and preventive maintenance, perform inspections, and manage site organization while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on wind turbines, including inspections and site organization
- Perform maintenance tasks such as torque checks, lubrication, filter and brush replacements, and system adjustments
- Analyze and resolve failures by replacing components like sensors, electronic boards, and hydraulic systems
Required qualifications
- Technical degree in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanics with an active CFT registration
- Prior experience in the wind energy sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet)
- Training in Cypress GE wind turbines is a plus
- Valid Category B driver's license and willingness to relocate to Santa Luzia/PB or nearby areas
