Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Trainer for the New York Metro - Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead in-person trainings to assist dental practices in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows
• Provide clinical coaching and monitor outcomes to enhance early adoption and success
• Assess practice readiness and coordinate resources for effective training delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical training experience in digital dentistry or dental technology
• Willingness to travel up to 85% for in-practice training
• Located near a major airport, within a 60-minute drive
• 3+ years of experience in managing training logistics and operational coordination
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences
