To support a growing commercial field organization, the full-time salaried Associate Director, Field Training will design and deliver impactful training programs, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and launch readiness while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance field capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the field training strategy aligned with commercial priorities and launch readiness
- Lead new hire onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across field roles
- Design and implement certification programs and readiness assessments for product launches
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8-12+ years of experience in pharma/biotech training, sales, or commercial roles
- Launch/pre-launch experience required
- Experience delivering field training at scale
- Ability to travel approximately 20% for business-related activities
