Field Transaction Analyst

Job Summary

Interpreting data to resolve cases, the full-time Field Transaction Analyst will manage casework, collaborate with team members, and ensure effective communication with partners while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze cases to accurately identify and resolve problems within defined turnaround times
• Collaborate with team members to provide feedback, share ideas, and contribute to a positive work environment
• Handle standard and non-standard communications with Field and Home Office partners, ensuring professionalism and accuracy

Required qualifications

• High School diploma
• Minimum of two years of work experience with proficiency in mathematical calculations and data input
• At least one year of field compensation or customer service experience in a financial services environment
• Strong analytical skills and independent decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated computer experience, including proficiency in Word and Excel
