Fighter Flight Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fighter MFOQA Flight Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze aircraft flight data to identify trends, hazardous conditions, and risks
• Support the ACC Aviation Safety Action Program and advocate for MFOQA/ASAP goals
• Collaborate with teams to develop processes for data collection, reporting, and analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 10 years of flight experience as a fighter pilot or Weapons System Operator, with instructor/evaluator experience preferred
• Military aviation experience and knowledge of fighter aircraft operational environments
• Experience with aviation safety programs, including MFOQA and ASAP
• Proficiency in analytical and database software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
