Figma Design Specialist

Job Summary

To support a complex Figma design system migration, the contract Figma Design Specialist will work remotely to lead the audit, restructuring, and validation of shared libraries, components, and tokens within a large interconnected Figma environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Audit Figma workspace files and manage the duplication and restructuring of shared libraries
• Execute Figma's Swap Library feature and resolve any component mismatches during the migration process
• Set up Token Studio in the new Figma account and validate token connections post-migration

Required qualifications:

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including libraries, components, and publishing workflows
• Hands-on experience managing or rebuilding Figma shared libraries
• Strong knowledge of design token architecture and its integration with Figma variables
• Experience with Figma's Swap Library feature in practical applications
• Ability to audit complex Figma file systems and identify structural dependencies independently
