Figma Design Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Figma Design Specialist will lead a complex Figma design system migration, managing shared libraries, component hierarchies, and token architecture while collaborating closely with the design team.

Key responsibilities:

• Audit Figma workspace files and map shared library dependencies and component references
• Execute Figma's Swap Library feature and resolve any unmatched components during the migration
• Set up Token Studio in the new Figma account and ensure all token connections are intact post-migration

Required qualifications:

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including files, libraries, components, and publishing workflows
• Hands-on experience managing or rebuilding Figma shared libraries
• Strong knowledge of design token architecture and its connection to Figma variables
• Experience with Figma's Swap Library feature in a practical context
• Ability to audit complex Figma file systems and identify structural dependencies independently
