Figma Design Specialist

Job Summary

To support a critical migration project, the contract Figma Design Specialist will lead the design system migration, audit Figma files, and troubleshoot migration issues while working remotely for a 3-4 month engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a Figma design system migration, ensuring accurate transfer of libraries, components, and token structures
• Audit Figma files to map dependencies and validate the integrity of components post-migration
• Document key decisions and issues for handoff to the internal team while collaborating with design and engineering stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product design, design systems, or a related field with strong technical Figma work
• Experience with shared libraries, component systems, and token-based design structures in Figma
• Proven ability to lead or support complex Figma migrations and restructures
• Portfolio required showcasing design systems and technical Figma work
• Experience with Token Studio, Figma enterprise environments, or GitHub-backed token workflows is preferred
