Job Summary
A company is looking for a File Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accountability for inbound and outbound files
- Complete file reconciliation and errors, analyze data and trends, and conduct risk mitigation reporting
- Support team in handling member data cases, identify systemic issues, and communicate effectively with the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in HRIS, payroll, benefits, insurance, or carrier systems preferred
- Experience in Consumer Benefits or Benefit Administration strongly preferred
- Proficiency in FTP, ETL within SQL, and Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables)
- Ability to follow processes, thrive under pressure, and ask questions to enhance problem-solving
