File Build Team Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing and maintaining all aspects of the File Build Department, the full-time File Build Team Lead will manage daily workloads, conduct quality assurance checks, and ensure efficient operations while working remotely from Illinois.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily team quality assurance checks in partnership with the File Build Manager
• Assign deployment tickets and Salesforce cases to team members and monitor progress
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the training and development of team members

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, operations, technical support, or payments environment
• Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, or similar systems preferred
• Proven leadership skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
• Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize competing demands
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting team members preferred
