File Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a File Implementation Specialist to manage client file integrations and communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage various import types and corresponding discrepancy reports
• Monitor team email and respond to client requests within 24 hours
• Independently host conversations with TPAs regarding technical changes and file requests

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional track record as an Administrative Specialist
• Subject matter expert in import types related to COBRA and CDH benefits plans
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivate
• Above average Excel skills for data manipulation
• High attention to detail
