Job Summary

A company is looking for a Filing Services Team Lead to supervise a filing team and manage project execution, state reporting, and client support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, accurate work products with a focus on customer service
  • Train new team members and assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and SOPs
  • Monitor team filings for accuracy and timeliness, manage inbox tasks, and lead team meetings
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in the insurance industry and relevant certifications are a plus
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Intermediate Excel skills and technical competency
  • Knowledge of Surplus Lines reporting and tax payments across multiple jurisdictions
