Films Process Development Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on the development and integration of thin film deposition processes for next-generation DRAM, the full-time remote Films Process Development Engineer will take ownership from early concept through high-volume manufacturing, emphasizing EUV patterning films while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize thin film deposition processes for advanced DRAM
• Perform process characterization, solve issues, and reduce defects
• Drive thin film roadmap activities aligned to future technology nodes

Required qualifications:

• PhD or MS with 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience in a related field
• Strong foundation in process science, including thermodynamics or transport phenomena
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments using DOE
• Ability to work independently and across multi-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
