Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager in Finance/Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers in transitioning from sales prospects to active users of products
- Increase customer retention and upsell/expanding customer accounts
- Guide customers on organizational strategy, governance, and change management
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years Finance/Accounting experience, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred
- Experience in cross-functional and customer interfacing roles
- Ability to prioritize tasks and think strategically
- Familiarity with Accounting tools/integrations
