Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager in Finance/Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers in transitioning from sales prospects to active users of products
  • Increase customer retention and upsell/expanding customer accounts
  • Guide customers on organizational strategy, governance, and change management
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years Finance/Accounting experience, preferably in a hospitality setting
  • Education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred
  • Experience in cross-functional and customer interfacing roles
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and think strategically
  • Familiarity with Accounting tools/integrations
