Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting for client businesses and oversee client teams for value delivery
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll
• Conduct monthly financial close, KPI management, and client meetings while ensuring compliance with GAAP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience at the Controller or Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, or CPA license preferred
• Proven experience in revamping accounting and finance processes
