Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full billing cycle, including invoicing, client project setup, and billing reviews
• Oversee accounts receivable processes, including client collections and payment processing
• Handle payroll processing, tax compliance, and financial reporting for the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
• Solid understanding of core accounting functions such as billing, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Experience managing accounting across multiple entities or geographies
• Familiarity with international tax compliance and multi-currency accounting
