Finance & Accounting Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full billing cycle, including invoicing, managing client projects, and handling international billing
• Manage accounts receivable, including client collections, payment processing, and addressing billing inquiries
• Handle accounts payable, payroll processing, tax compliance, and financial reporting for the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a professional services environment
• Solid understanding of core accounting functions including billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Experience with project-based billing and managing accounting across multiple entities
• Familiarity with international tax compliance and multi-currency accounting
