Finance & Accounting Lead
Job Summary
Leading a finance and accounting team, the full-time Finance & Accounting Lead will manage customer accounts, oversee financial reporting, and support budgeting and forecasting activities in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general accounting functions and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, developing financial models for business planning
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and develop internal controls and policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably QBO
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Conversational English proficiency (C1-C2) with good written and verbal communication skills
