Finance & Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee accounting functions and collaborate with the COO and CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes while partnering with department leaders to track performance
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain internal controls, coordinating audits and tax filings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP in a finance role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
