Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Oversee payroll processing and HR finance administration, including compliance with tax regulations
- Prepare compliance documents, facilitate audits, and maintain organized financial records
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or financial management, preferably in a nonprofit
- Proficiency in nonprofit accounting principles and relevant software
- Experience managing multi-state payroll and understanding state employer registration
- Ability to prepare documentation for IRS Form 990 and external audits
- Must be eligible to work in the US and have access to a reliable internet connection
