Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
  • Oversee payroll processing and HR finance administration, including compliance with tax regulations
  • Prepare compliance documents, facilitate audits, and maintain organized financial records
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or financial management, preferably in a nonprofit
  • Proficiency in nonprofit accounting principles and relevant software
  • Experience managing multi-state payroll and understanding state employer registration
  • Ability to prepare documentation for IRS Form 990 and external audits
  • Must be eligible to work in the US and have access to a reliable internet connection
