Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Advisor to assist students with financial aid processes and account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple system-delivered tasks to assist with student inquiries and ensure timely completion of work items
• Evaluate students' financial aid accounts and communicate findings effectively to explore solutions
• Educate students on financial aid policies and ensure compliance with established regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prior experience in financial aid advisement or customer service roles
• General knowledge of the higher education industry and Title IV funding
• Ability to handle escalated communication and de-escalate situations appropriately
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple software applications
