Finance AI Enablement Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and implementation of AI tools, the full-time Finance AI Enablement Manager will drive the automation of financial processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and efficiency in finance operations, working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and deploy AI use cases to reduce manual effort in finance operations
- Develop AI-assisted workflows for financial reporting and analysis deliverables
- Establish governance standards for responsible AI use, ensuring data security and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Computer Science; Master's Degree or CPA/CMA/CFA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or digital transformation
- Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or RPA in a finance context
- Familiarity with ERP/planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday
- Strong project management and change leadership capabilities
