Job Summary
Owning the governance and delivery-integrity function for Finance's AI transformation portfolio, the full-time remote Finance AI Program Manager will manage intake and prioritization, lead delivery reviews for active AI initiatives, and ensure cross-functional handoffs while maintaining program status and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage intake and prioritization for the Finance AI portfolio, maintaining a scoring rubric and backlog tracker
- Lead delivery reviews for active AI initiatives, focusing on agenda management and escalation of at-risk items
- Coordinate production launch readiness with cross-functional teams, ensuring all deployment checklists and acceptance criteria are met
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- 6-10+ years in Finance transformation, program/project management, or technology-enabled process improvement
- Working knowledge of core Finance processes (P2P, QTC, Accounting close, SOX)
- Experience in governance, intake/prioritization, or delivery-review processes for a technology or transformation portfolio
- Track record of partnering with Engineering/Technology teams to evaluate AI or automation solutions in production
