Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance (Asset Mgmt) AI Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to define research-based workflows in financial asset management
• Develop evaluations and test cases to assess workflow performance, including inputs, outputs, and success criteria
• Design assessments to evaluate large language models for complex financial tasks such as data extraction and risk assessment

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or equity research
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for complex financial processes
• Basic understanding of AI or experience working with technical teams is a plus
• Meticulous attention to detail for creating accurate evaluation criteria
