Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Leading large-scale analytics initiatives, the remote Finance Analyst will manage automated insights, design scalable datasets and dashboards, and present complex financial analyses to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to build intelligent insights and automated analysis workflows that improve efficiency and decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, scale, and automate financial data products and dashboards
• Conduct complex analyses to uncover performance drivers and present insights with clear, data-driven narratives to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Math, or related discipline)
• 2+ years of experience leading large-scale analytics initiatives or programs, preferably in SaaS and finance operations
• Proven experience building analytical or decision-support solutions, including automated analysis workflows
• Strong SQL expertise for designing robust datasets and performing complex queries across multiple systems
• Experience applying advanced analytics techniques, including forecasting and regression analysis, to identify performance drivers
