Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A and Strategic Finance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare insightful reporting and analyses on business performance for internal stakeholders
• Coordinate monthly reports and forecasts, providing variance analyses and discussing performance with budget owners
• Facilitate strategic planning and annual budget processes, and support M&A target identification and evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, management consulting, or similar roles
• High proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience in healthcare services and/or technology is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of forecasting and financial statement analysis
