Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Analyst to join a high-caliber finance team in a fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support revenue analysis and reporting, including KPI maintenance and monthly commissions reporting
• Assist in P&L reporting and budgeting, partnering with functional leaders for variance analysis and management commentary
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts while supporting process improvements and data initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis, preferably in fintech or high-growth tech
• Strong foundation in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Experience with FP&A tools; familiarity with Abacum or similar platforms is a plus
• Exposure to revenue and P&L analysis preferred
• Genuine interest in AI and automation within finance
