Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Analyst to support its finance function, focusing on revenue analysis, P&L reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Support detailed revenue reporting and assist in analyzing revenue performance across multiple business lines
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly P&L reporting and partner with functional leaders for budgeting and forecasting
• Utilize FP&A tools for planning, reporting, and process improvements while supporting ad hoc financial analysis requests

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis, preferably in fintech or high-growth tech
• Strong foundation in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Familiarity with FP&A tools, particularly Abacum or similar platforms
• Exposure to revenue and P&L analysis, with an understanding of financial connections
• Genuine interest in AI and automation in finance, with a willingness to learn and experiment
