Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Analyst to join their FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer cohort analysis, commissions calculation, and pipeline metrics reporting
• Support monthly and quarterly opex variance analysis and balance sheet modeling
• Assist with monthly close support, revenue accruals, and ad hoc analysis for senior management

Required Qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Fluency in Excel, including advanced functions like SUMIFS and XLOOKUP
• Strong curiosity about business operations beyond financial statements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations
• Experience with payments, fintech, or SaaS is a plus
