Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Applying basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals, the full-time Finance Analyst will prepare, evaluate, and deliver accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Complete accounting transactions and prepare client financial statement packages
• Create and post journal entries, ensuring accurate posting of all transactions for the accounting period
• Generate financial reports using aggregate data from multiple sources and respond to management and vendor inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
• Experience in analyzing information and applying standard practices for decision-making
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
