Finance Analyst

Job Summary

To support commission operations, the hybrid Finance Analyst will manage the full commission cycle, including approval workflows and coordination with stakeholders, while working a flexible schedule of 30-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage the monthly commission approval cycle within Anaplan
• Track approvals and communicate status updates to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve workflow issues to improve efficiency and transparency

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with commission processes and calculations
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or Commission Administration
• 3+ years of experience managing workflows and stakeholders
• Experience with Anaplan or similar tools
