Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with operational and finance teams, the remote Finance Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting for LifeWorks, while managing operational finance controls for labor and inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidates, analyzes, and reports financial results against key performance indicators
• Supports actuals and forecast processes with analysis and ad hoc reporting
• Prepares financial presentations for senior leadership and assists with annual planning

Required qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of financial experience, preferably in financial planning & analysis
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or business
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior management and diverse teams
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and prioritizing tasks
