Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the FP&A team, the full-time remote Finance Analyst will manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, prepare monthly financial reports, and conduct variance analysis to enhance decision-making and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, including commentary and recommendations for leadership
• Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual results to budget/forecast and recommending corrective actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years of progressive responsibility in financial analysis
• Experience performing variance analysis and presenting insights to leadership
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Solid financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency
