Finance Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time remote Finance Analyst will manage reporting on growth investments, assist in budget cycles, and support forecasting and reporting while collaborating closely with various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Own reporting on the ROI of growth investments by channel, campaign, and segment
• Partner with department leads through quarterly budget and headcount planning, tracking spend against budget
• Support the monthly forecast cycle by reconciling actuals and drafting variance analysis commentary

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a comparably analytical role; exceptional new grads welcome
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, mathematics, or another quantitative field
• Proficiency in building financial models and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Hands-on exposure to budgeting or forecasting cycles
• Strong writing skills with the ability to summarize complex financial data clearly
