Job Summary

A company in the Financial industry is looking for a Finance Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supporting the incentive compensation liaisons for assigned lines of businesses
• Completing risk and compliance related reviews and documentation
• Participating in the development, implementation, testing, documentation and on-going validation of data processes in the support of product, channel, incentive compensation and client profitability reporting and analysis

Required Qualifications/Competencies:

• Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Information Technology, Accounting or Related Field) or 3 years of equivalent experience
• 2+ years of analytical experience in Finance, Business or Related Field or equivalent work experience
• Database querying and data transformation expertise (i.e., Excel, Access, DB2, QMF)
• Experience in banking and/or financial industry
