Job Summary
Responsible for managing financial reporting and accounting tasks, the full-time remote Finance Analyst - Construction will handle accounts payable, project vendor invoicing, and project closeouts while supporting the project management team in the construction sector.
Key responsibilities
- Complete accounting transactions and prepare client financial statement packages
- Generate financial reports and ensure accuracy in project-related accounting activities
- Respond to management and vendor inquiries regarding accounting issues and reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Experience in accounts payable, invoicing, and purchase orders; commercial construction experience is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel; familiarity with D365 or similar ERP platforms is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
- Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
