Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze actual headcount and cost data to monitor financial performance
Develop and track performance metrics, preparing comprehensive reports for management review
Provide guidance and support to control account managers to ensure financial targets are achieved

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience combined with education
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance or related fields; or 1 year with a Master's degree
Active Secret security clearance
Significant experience with Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
Experience with Government/DoD Contracts and familiarity with FAR guidelines
