Finance Analyst II

Job Summary

Supporting the Health System budget and forecasting processes, the full-time remote Finance Analyst II will manage financial modeling for cash flow and P&L, prepare variance analyses, and maintain KPI dashboards while collaborating with operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain annual financial models and long-range planning schedules for cash, capital, and EBITDA
• Prepare monthly variance analyses and conduct walk-throughs for assigned cost centers and service lines
• Validate data accuracy and support the development of labor expense and productivity reporting for assigned departments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in budgeting tools and Excel modeling
• Ability to navigate rapidly changing situations and remain flexible in a dynamic environment
• Experience with standard BI visualizations and ERP systems
