Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst FLP for a US-based remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across accounting and finance functions to gain hands-on experience
• Engage in training and development sessions focused on applying academic knowledge to real-world challenges
• Receive coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders to enhance leadership and personal growth

Required Qualifications

• Graduation within two years with a B.A. degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Strong record of achievement with a minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA
• Demonstrated leadership role in collegiate and/or community activities
• Capacity and motivation for hard work
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills
