Finance Analytics Executive Director

Job Summary

Leading the finance reporting and analytical framework, the full-time remote Finance Analytics Executive Director will oversee performance reporting, decision support, and cost analytics to provide data-driven insights that inform financial and operational decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the organization's analytics strategy and enterprise-wide reporting framework
• Guide the development of performance dashboards and translate analytical findings into strategic insights
• Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with FP&A teams to align data governance structures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; Master's degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years of finance analytics/reporting experience, including 5+ years in management
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred
