Finance Analytics Lead

Job Summary

Owning marketing spend data in a remote capacity, the full-time Finance Analytics Lead will manage finance systems, reconcile variances, and create insightful Power BI dashboards to support senior leadership decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Own and reconcile marketing spend data across multiple finance systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports, translating financial data into clear insights for senior leaders
• Track reporting timelines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure insights are reviewed and inputs are accurate

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance analytics, spend analysis, or business analytics
• Hands-on experience reconciling data across financial systems, including purchase orders and invoices
• Strong understanding of core finance concepts and spend flow in enterprise organizations
• Demonstrated experience using Power BI (or Tableau) for dashboard creation and reporting
• Proven ability to communicate insights effectively to director-level and executive stakeholders
