Finance Analytics Lead

Job Summary

Leading the Finance Analytics & Enablement AI/ML initiatives, the full-time remote Finance Analytics Lead will manage the data warehouse strategy, provide actionable insights for business decisions, and oversee a team focused on finance AI enablement and reporting infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Own the data warehouse strategy and execution of the finance ledger while establishing governance
• Provide actionable insights to drive business decisions based on finance and data analytics
• Build and lead a Center of Excellence for reporting, including infrastructure and metrics across finance and business units

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience in travel and/or SaaS industries
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Fluency in SQL, Python, GCP, and Data Science with hands-on coding ability
• Understanding of LLM-based systems and AI model evaluation frameworks
• Strong data reconciliation skills across large, multi-source datasets
