Finance Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Analytics Manager to join their FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product finance analytics infrastructure, including data models and reporting frameworks
• Lead product KPI stewardship, ensuring consistent metric definitions and data structures
• Design and execute product experiments, including A/B tests, to evaluate financial impacts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years total, or 6+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or Data Analytics in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Advanced SQL proficiency; experience with data warehouses and product analytics is preferred
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Hands-on experience designing and measuring experiments and conducting analytical investigations
