Finance Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Analytics Manager to join their FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the GTM analytics infrastructure, building and maintaining data models and reporting frameworks
• Lead KPI stewardship across the customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent metric definitions and data structures
• Design, execute, and measure GTM experiments, quantifying the financial impact of different approaches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years total, or 6+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Data Analytics, or a hybrid role in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Advanced SQL proficiency required; experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience designing and measuring experiments, including A/B tests and defining success metrics
• Deep understanding of financial data structures and SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, etc.)
