Finance and Accounting Consultant

Job Summary

To support a complex integration initiative following a business acquisition, the remote Finance and Accounting Consultant will lead finance and accounting integration activities, ensuring operational readiness for Day 1 legal close and successful transition away from seller-provided services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting integration activities for Day 1 legal close and TSA exit
• Develop and manage detailed integration workplans, timelines, and functional roadmaps
• Coordinate end-to-end integration planning across accounting operations, financial controls, and systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting finance, accounting, or ERP integration initiatives
• Hands-on experience with finance and accounting integration in mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
• Strong understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, controls, and close processes
• Experience leading ERP or financial system implementations and cutovers
• Experience with chart of accounts mapping and financial data migration
