Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting and payroll
• Lead monthly client meetings and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• 10 years of experience at the Controller to Director of Finance level in SaaS firms
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
