Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting to manage finance operations for clients and provide insights into their financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value delivery
• Manage the monthly financial close, KPI measurement, and board reporting
• Coach client management on metrics usage and oversee compliance with GAAP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller or Director of Finance in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in Accounting, MBA, or CPA license preferred
• Experience revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
